Gregg Spickler is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for the food and beverage industry. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, where he earned a Bachelor of Professional Sciences in Hospitality Management.
Gregg has extensive experience in all aspects of the food and beverage industry, from brewing and production to sales and marketing. He has a proven track record of success in developing and implementing new products and processes, and he is a recognized leader in the field.
In his most recent role as Director of Operations & Brewmaster at Alamo Beer Company, Gregg oversaw daily operations, including culture, QC Lab, facility expansion, co-packaging sales, client management, event coordination, beer hall management, and HR. He also created and implemented SOPs, a new hire onboarding program, and a co-packaging program.
Prior to his work at Alamo Beer Company, Gregg held a variety of positions in the food and beverage industry, including Director of Production at Southside Soda Co., Head Brewer/Executive Chef at Hidden Cove Brewing Co., and Working Chef at Los Cuernos Ranch.
Gregg is a passionate advocate for sustainability and ethical sourcing. He is also a strong believer in the importance of giving back to the community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
